As soon as the ordered articles arrive at the destination, sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office. By submitting your order, you concede to the import regulations of the respective ordered articles. Please note that import regulations vary from one country to another.
Please be aware that customs duties, sales tax on imports, as well as handling costs that were charged to the recipient by our courier, by order of the customs office, cannot be refunded by SUSUMU AI GMBH even when the ordered articles are returned. Usually, returned articles can be claimed with the respective customs office and the amount paid refunded.

RETURNS
You have 14 days to return an item.
The return-shipping costs are aquired by us.
We will give you a full refund of your order within 21 days when your return is registered at our studio. Items returned for credit or exchange must be clean, unwashed, unworn, and with their original tags and packaging.
